CANVAS AND GOOGLE CLASSROOM

Add AI without replacing your learning environment.

Praxli focuses on Canvas and Google Classroom so course-aware learning support can sit alongside the systems your institution already uses.

01

Two learning environments. One fit-first approach.

Canvas

Review course content access, LMS launch and sign-in workflows, and the requirements for grounded tutoring and educator insight. Canvas remains the system of record in the Canvas workflow.

Google Classroom

Review Classroom course access, permissions, and supported learning workflows for your pilot. Google sign-in and Google Classroom course integration are separate capabilities.

02

Confirm the connection before committing.

Integration availability and exact capabilities are confirmed during technical fit review. Canvas workflows may involve LTI 1.3 and OAuth; Google Classroom has its own authorization and API requirements. We do not imply identical capabilities or feature parity across platforms.

  • Confirm institutional authorization and required permissions
  • Identify courses, materials, roles, and workflows in scope
  • Review launch, sign-in, synchronization, and rollout requirements
03

Understand what is live and what is stored.

Grounded learning support may require selected course content to be synchronized and indexed. Other information may be accessed live for an authorized user. Ask the team to document exactly which data is accessed, retained, deleted, and used in your deployment.

Discuss integration requirements
04

Keep the LMS as the learning foundation.

Your fit review should confirm the system of record for course content, submissions, and grades, along with any supported write actions. Additional integrations can be discussed without presenting them as active connections.
